mick flower (vibracathedral orchestra) and john moloney (sunburned hand of the man) are dense musical bodies, each exhibiting extraordinary gravitational pull - it was a matter of time before these stars collided. the result, the michael flower band, is the world's most in-fucking-tense rock and roll duo. recorded in both the studio and live over the course of november and december 2006. the first two tracks, "mode #2" and "balinese falsehood" were previously released on the manhand label a criminally underheard CDR. biker psych for the third eye rider.
